If so, donate your unused computer processing power - called "distributed computing" - to a project called "Rosetta@Home" that is searching for disease cures through the study of protein structure. The project is sponsored by the University of Washington using software developed by the University of California, Berkeley.

The program runs in the background on your computer when ever you are not using it's computing power. If you'd like to help, go to the sign-up page, download the software and join Rosetta@Home.

I'd also like you to join the team I'm a part of - The Knights Who Say Ni! Check me out! I'm known as "Roger the Shrubber (you have to know Monty Python...). Ive been a member for over 4 years now, and feel my contribution has been helpful.

Thanks!
