Has anyone made contact with them yet? Once a contact has been established we should have no problems organizing the event. We are within the 6 month window to have it published.

Why not live life like it is your last day....instead of pretending to be a member of the Peter Pan Club and believing you will be around forever.
I sent them an e mail the other day requesting more info as to times and such, but have not gotten a reply.

The farmer gave permission to place the cache in the field, but the bull charges.
I don't know the first thing about putting on an event, but I'm more than willing to hike, hide caches and help!
There are 19 caches out there now and room for a few more. I have cached out there and I actually run on the trails there. It is a great spot.
