well, i can only tell you what i think my two best caches were , as far as view etc. Blue Hill Mt. , and one in Rockport, ( Beech Hill, ) Just awesome views..... good luck
would be "Will the real Bald Mountain please stand up" It is between Wilton and Weld. I know it's a little far from Portland, but well worth the drive. A long but not to steep climb.(about a mile one way) to the summit. The veiws are breathtaking. I went up last weekend, and totaly enjoyed the experience.
Happy Trails!
Another vote for YOP's "Thorne Head challenge". It's extremely well planned, good hike, challenging but not a total brain twister and the views over the river are good.

Thanks for all the great suggestions, I have bookmarked them and hopefully I will get to many of them. Unfortunately, I haven't had a chance to get out geocaching for the past couple of weeks so I didn't get to search for any of them for find #100. I was up in Augusta yesterday with some free time so grabbed some caches there. 100 ended up being just another unremarkable cache in the woods. Oh well, maybe #200 will work out a little better.
