Lightbulb Island cacheing over the ice.

This past two weeks I have been able to find 2 geocaches by taking advantage of the low ( OK No) snow and very cold temps to hike out to the island where on at least one it was reported in the past that it could not be found in the winter. with winter storm Nemo being expected to dump over a foot in a couple of day's I would advise anyone who has wanted to try islands over the ice to do it in the next couple of day's. I did and had a great time . it is nice and peaceful on the lakes this time of year.
Reminder though, bring sunglasses because the ice is bright even today with the cloudsI needed them.

It sure is nice to drive out to caches that are two miles or more from shore in the summer. The one I did today I almost had to call AAA to get me out of a mud hole on the island.
I have no enemies, but I'm intensely disliked by my friends.
