    Default Earthmate PN60

We used to use a Garmin...simple, easy to use (okay it was off a few feet)and then we purchased the earthmate PN 60...seems to be more work then it is fun! Of course I'm sure it's due to my lack of understanding, but any hints would be welcome. Thanks.

I own all brands of GPSr units. I still like my PN-60 the best. Great maps and I feel easy to load as well as easy to use. The big guys (Garmin and Magellan) both have more features, but the DeLorme does fine. The bottom line: Any GPS that finds caches is a good GPS.

Speaking of Magellan Brad . . . how is that new one working out for you?

He said he liked it better than any other one he ever had. I always knew he was in the closet.

The jury is still out. It just seems like there are too many steps to get to the same result as the DeLorme or the Garmin. Accuracy seem OK, but not spot on. That is subjective as I don't know how well some were hidden. I need to place one and then go back with a different unit to see I guess.
