In the upload area it says 1000k, isn't that 1 mg??
Yes.
You can do it with anything on your computer. You have anything like photoimpression or anything that you could install when you installed your camera the first time?
If not, you can always use "paint" under accessories. Sometimes if you open the file up and edit it and click on the picture, then save it as .jpg is automatically shrinks in size good enough and will fit.
You can also adjust that feature how big your files will be on your camera... you must have large pictures. You can go small/medium/large. You must be on the biggest.
Hope this helps... let me know if if doesnt and I might be able to walk you through something.

Sorry, you can not add yourself to your own ignore list.
I use Microsoft power toys. Part of the download is a handy resizer. Of course, you need WindowsXP.

Thanks, That Shrunk them way down. Bear with me it's a new camera and I am still learning to use it.
We had a pretty active day. Check them out in the new photos
I just changed it to 2000K.Originally Posted by dave1976

If you need a program to resize or resample a bunch of pictures, try Irfanview. Easy to use, tons of features, and my favorite price: free!
I see that your question has been answered.Originally Posted by dave1976
If you're stuck with dial-up access like me, you'll also realize that smaller pictures REALLY make a difference in upload speed. I hated to upload pictures here because it took so long. Then someone pointed out that my pictures were probably WAY too big. DUH!
Now that I'm shrinking 2 meg photos down to 400-500k, it's a LOT faster!
