Default GPS demo at LL Bean Winter Explo

LL Bean is holding a Winter Expo this weekend at the mother store in Freeport.

http://www.llbean.com/shop/retailSto...r.html?feat=dp for description of the Expo.

    http://www.llbean.com/shop/retailSto...SportsExpo.pdf for the full calendar.

10AM and 1PM Interactive GPS clinic at the Discovery Park beside the store. Doesn't say but probably assume it is both days? Might wander down. Good chance for those who haven't done "Muggletown" cache yet.

Stopped into Beans at 10AM to see the GPS demo. It was done by two of their kayak teachers who use GPS to pre-plot courses in Casco Bay. They had about a dozen Garmin 76 units available for use. Was fun and I learned features of our Garmin I didn't know existed. Another cacher showed up but was quite shy and wouldn't give his name. Beans was packed today with all kinds of vendors of outdoor gear.
