I'm a Garmin man myself but how come that Garmin of yours can't find any of those Gob-ler caches Rick?
Just smile it won't crack your face

The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is
suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best
friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

    Cool ouch

That was harsh John Now you know a GPS even as good as a garmin is(I own 2) won't help you much on Gob-ler hides. It just takes ALOT of cacher sense. Not that I have any mind you.
    Happy Trails!

I don't think I've done any of his caqches, but I think it's safe to assume that they're not covered with a pile of sticks, right?

Hmm, I have not had too much of an issue finding caches on my own, and it seems to be as accurate as the garmin GPS's out there even having done a few side by side comparrisons, the big thing i lik about my magellan is I can load SD cards with different map sets for when I go on a long trip. and try getting a Garmin that has more than 256 mb memory for under $400.

You're right! Who would have thought there'd be any grounds for debate. We (most of us anyway) know that Garmin is better. Sheesh!

(Hint: idea for an upcoming event - a shootout between Garmin and Magellan.)
