    Default Literary caching...

    http://forums.groundspeak.com/GC/ind...owtopic=116317

I stole this from the GC.com forum's and wondered if Mainers would run with it. So, here goes: Can you update your favorite song or literary work for cachig?

Yesterday, my geocaching troubles seemed so far away
Now it looks as though they're here to stay
    Oh, I believe in yesterday.

Suddenly, I'm not half the cacher I used to be,
There's a DNF hanging over me.
    Oh, yesterday came suddenly.

{Refrain} Why I failed to find
    I don't know, I couldn't say.
    I got the co-ords wrong,
    now I long for yesterday.

Yesterday, caching was such an easy game to play.
Now I need a place to find a cache,
    Oh, I believe in yesterday.

    {Refrain}
Yesterday, caching was such an easy game to play.
Now I need a place to find a cache,
    Oh, I believe in yesterday

Here is a quick one keeping with the Beatles theme:

    Help, I need some caches,
    Help, not just any caches,
Help, you know I need some caches, help.

When I was younger, so much younger than today,
I never needed any caches in any way.
But now these days are gone, I'm not so self assured,
Now I find I've changed my mind and opened up the doors.

Help me if you can, I'm feeling down
And I do appreciate caches being round.
Help me, get my feet back on the ground,
Won't you please, please help me?

And now my life has changed in oh so many ways,
My independence seems to vanish in the haze.
But every now and then I feel so insecure,
I know that I just need caches like I've never needed before.

Default New Top Ten Christmas Hit............

You've heard of Haffy and Terry,
    Attroll and Tink,
    Cameoooo and Shewolf,
    Maneiac and Jake,
But do you recall the most famous cacher of all?

    Smitty the red-nosed cacher
    had a very shiny coin,
and if you ever saw it
    you would say
    "Wish it were mine"

All of the other cachers used to laugh and call him names,
they never let poor Smitty join in any caching games.

    Then one foggy Christmas Eve
    Santa came to say:
"Smitty with your coin so bright
won't you guide my Jeep tonight?"

Then all the cachers loved him
and they shouted out with glee:
    "Smitty the red-nosed cacher
    you'll go down in history!"
