after looking through the other coins that they have I would say, that is what they named there coin and nothing more.

Yeah! I know just how you feel on that one... when I saw the term "screw coin" oh man.... I'll tell ya what, the first thought that went through my mind was " HOLY COW!! THEY'RE DEFACING AMERICAN CURRENCY BY PUTTING SCREWS THROUGH THEM!!" I was quite relieved to see the pictures of what they actually looked like.
