Hey! Cool idea! I just found this thread tonight, I like it. And that, photo, wow! that must be some super extreme awesome master chef of the great north to prepare food like that, and he's probably good looking too...
although none of my recipes are formally written down and mostly put together from memory (and lots of beer) I'll see if i can't put into words some simple ways to make yummies in the middle of nowhere...
