Nice falls Cliff,and good use of shutter speed. I gotta try some of those soon.

Lower light gives better motion effect because you can use slower shutter speed, this was only 1/8 second hand held. The white areas will become over exposed if there is too much light. Any longer exposures you will probably need a tripod or a fixed object to sit camera on.
