Immediately after the event I went to buy a hula hoop and started practicing. After a week of training 5 minutes a day I was able to go from zero to pretty much any time hooping Can't wait for the next event :P

You will need to be in top form to beat Jake. He didn't compete, but he should have.

    Default Last night's chat

We only had a small number of people stumble into chat last night, scrolling back through the text it looks like seven including myself, a few of them one at a time. One of them we have not heard from from a a while - Ye Olde Prospector! Unfortunately things are not as they wanted them to be in New Mexico but on the good side he and his wife are returning to Maine permanently! Anyone who has not met YOP, his is one of the most interesting, positive people you will ever meet as well as a great photographer. His wife Wild Thing is also very nice and has enough energy to make the energizer bunny cry! Looking forward to catching up with both of them!

Me . . . or some other Jake?

I have hula hooped . . . and I'm pretty good . . . but it's on the Wii so I don't know how well I would do with reality . . . hmmm . . . come to think of it, I'm not sure how well I do with reality of all kinds.

We met YOP and his wife at the second caching event we went to, which was their farewell event. We had such a great time chatting with them both!!! I'm sad they are coming back just as Ben and I are leaving I would have loved to get to see them again!

I doubt trouble maker is a term that has ever been given to YOP! Well, he did used to be FTF king, however. He had 20 or 30 of them!

What great news that they are moving back to Maine but alas I'm heading even further south. Glad that all you guys will be able to see them once again, but sorry that things didn't work out for them in NM. Maine is the lucky one to have them coming back.
