Luckily, a WalMart Supercenter can provide you with breaded okra and catfish, and they used to have "country hams", although I haven't seen them in a while.

Fried okra is something that most Mainers would keep away from - to their own loss! It's one of the best things the south has to offer - (other than pretty girls)!
